Beautiful Beginnings!

 

A king’s ransom has gone into this Legal yet fun magazine, not to mention the altruistic and hardworking people. The Headmaster, Efere Ozako Esq., our own very ‘modern day Moses,’ seems to be ‘parting the Red Sea’ of Legal jargon and mannerisms, to allow those who would be empowered to cross over from the “Egypt of Incomprehensibility” to the Promised Land of Understanding,” if you will permit the pun! “TAKAii”, (which is the Isoko word for “Tell Them”) is an interactive quarterly magazine, that couldn’t have come at a better time.

 

In this age of decay, laziness and opportunism, a new wave of professionalism and diligence is inspiring young professionals in our various, less than perfect, democracies. This appears to be the beginning of the age of Realism. We are finding out the truth about a lot of things and are not scared to shine the spotlight on ourselves. This magazine is all about cutting through the pedantic and grandiose world of Law and in a way, ‘aiding and abetting’ the common pedestrian to decipher it and have legal profession to loosen their bibs and have a laugh. It is packed full with information, jokes and cartoons, burning issues and features that will hopefully have you lining up to contribute in terms of articles and stories and have you wanting more. Law books and reports abound, but an interactive law magazine that is informative, fun and entertaining? TAKAii aspires to be IT!
